Wes Ehrhart, MA, has served as Western Regional Director since October 1, 2022. He succeed Michael McLaughlin, a near-40-year RD, who currently serves as the Area Director for the Pacific Northwest.

Wes is married to Sherry, and they have an 19-year-old son, twin 16-year-old daughters, and twin 7-year-old foster boys. Their family lives just east of Sacramento, CA.

Career-wise, he’s been a pastor (youth & associate), regional supervisor for after-school programs, junior & high school teacher, and for the decade prior to taking the AD role, served as the Executive Dean for Western Seminary’s CA campuses in San Jose and Sacramento. 

His passion is helping people live out their faith in the home and workplace. “I believe that by grace we as Christ followers have many opportunities daily to respond differently than the world does in all that life brings: from joy to suffering.” He loves coming alongside students and healthcare professionals in whatever capacity God has called them to live on mission.
