In this episode, Dr. Cara Buskmiller discusses what residency interviews are like for Christians and others making decisions based on their consciences and convictions. Also Cara addresses what medical students and pre-medical students should know about how to prepare for residency interviews and how to address challenges they may face during there residency.

Dr. Buskmiller graduated from Thomas Aquinas College and received her medical degree from Texas A&M University. 

She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Louis University, an experience that prompted her to start Conscience in Residency, so that medical students don't have to re-invent strategies to interview while planning to avoid practices that conflict with their consciences. Dr. Buskmiller completed a maternal fetal medicine at UT Houston, and is now a perinatal surgery fellow in Houston, Texas. She is also the Director of Research at the American Association of Pro-life OB/GYNs.
