Bill Reichart, VP for Campus and Community Ministries with CMDA talks with Rebecca Lehman, Side by Side’s newest Executive Director, about the opportunities and challenges of being in a medical marriage and how Side By Side is coming alongside women through it. Rebecca Lehman is a Christian leader whose first and primary goal is to continually foster a passionate love for Jesus in her life. She has been married to Joshua for 15 years and together, they reside in Tampa, Florida, where they are building a beautiful life with their four children, twins Noah and Lily (12), Levi (8), and Emma Grace (3).

The Lehman family is actively involved at Trinity New Life Church and in their community. Rebecca has 15 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, discipleship pathways, teaching, equipping, administration, and spiritual oversight. She currently serves as the Side by Side Executive Director; before taking this role in 2023, Rebecca was a Side By Side Regional Director for the southern region since 2020 and co-leads Side By Side Tampa Chapter since 2013.
