Your registration fee provides boxed lunches on Friday and Saturday, plus the evening banquet on Saturday. Breakfast is provided through the hotel. Dinner on Thursday and Friday are on your own, so check out these options for meals not included in your registration.

• Special Events– Check out the full list of special events, such as the VIE Poster Session, Dinner with Docs, breakout sessions and more, all designed to give you special opportunities to fellowship with other Christians in healthcare.

• VIE Poster Session – This annual event held during the convention offers prizes for the posters that score highest on visual and oral presentation. Any student, resident or fellow in the healthcare field is eligible to participate. Deadline for submission is December 9, 2024.
